The Drawing and Green Rooms
The Drawing and Green rooms, located on the first floor, are reached by a wide staircase or lift. They are decorated and furnished in classical Georgian style and have separate entrances. The Drawing and Green Rooms are connected by folding doors providing flexibility and the ability to cater for both small and large functions. The capacity for a reception is 200, sitting meals for approximately 90 people and theatre style 120.
The Drawing room is the larger of the two (33' x 22') and overlooks Belgrave Square and its attractive private garden. The Green room is smaller (22' x 21'6"), en suite to the Drawing room.

The Salón Colombia
The Salon Colombia, on the ground floor, is ideal for lunches, dinner parties, meetings and receptions. It can seat 18/20 people around the table, or arranged for meetings of up to 35 people, theatre style (21' x 23'), or for receptions of up to 60-70 people.

The Committee Room
The Committee Room, located on the 2nd floor of the building, has a wide board table which seats 12 people comfortably. It is ideal for board meetings or small workshops and can be extended for up to 16 people.

The Library has a capacity of 60/70 people, theatre style, for talks/small performances. It can also be used for receptions of up to 100 people.

Further Information
Rates are exempt of VAT. There is no charge for corkage. We do not do catering but have a number of caterers who we can recommend and are familiar with the place.
The building is located near Hyde Park Corner and Victoria tube stations, with 24-hour street parking, as well as nearby car parks.
