The Drawing and Green Rooms
The Drawing and Green Rooms, located on the first floor, are reached by a wide staircase or lift. Both rooms are decorated in an elaborate, classical Georgian style, with separate, easily accessible entrances. The Drawing Room and Green Room are connected by folding doors, providing flexibility and the ability to easily cater for small or large functions. The capacity for a reception in these rooms is 200, a seated dinner is 90 and a theatre style event, 120.
The Drawing Room is the larger of the two rooms, measuring 33' x 22', and overlooks Belgrave Square and its attractive private garden. The Green Room is a smaller room, measuring 22' x 21.6', and is en suite to the Drawing Room.

The Salón Colombia
The Salon Colombia is a large, ornately decorated room on the ground floor. The room has large windows which overlook Belgrave Square and its private garden, making the room both light and spacious. The Salon Colombia is the ideal location for lunches and dinner parties as well as receptions and meetings. There is also a small adjoining kitchen, making catering a very easy feature of the room. The Salon Colombia can seat 18/20 people around the table, or 35 theatre style. It measures 21' x 33'.

The Committee Room
The Committee Room is a smaller room, located on the Mezzanine floor, and is easily accessible by the wide staircase. It has a wide board table which comfortably seats 12 people, but can be arranged to seat up to 16.

The Library
The Library is a capacious room located in the basement of Canning House. The Library has a capacity for 60/70 people, theatre style and is available in the evenings for talks and lectures.
Apart from the Library, the rooms are all available for hire from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and midnight. They are also available between 8am and midnight on Saturday and Sunday.

Further Information
The room hire price is exempt of VAT. There is no charge for corkage. We do not do catering but have a number of caterers who we can recommend and are familiar with the place.
The building is located just outside the congestion charge zone, near Hyde Park Corner and Victoria tube stations with 24-hour street parking, as well as nearby car parks.
