Library Internship
The Library offers an internship offering a wide range of experience in this specialised library. Time period flexible (between one and six months). Would suit a graduate or undergraduate, particularly a library-school applicant.
Previous library experience, and familiarity with an automated library system, are preferable but not essential, since training will be given. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable. The work would involve a range of library duties, especially cataloguing, book selection and ordering, and reader services. The internship is unpaid but local travel expenses would be reimbursed.
